Privacy Policy — Pupnest

Last updated: 15 June 2026

Pupnest (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a dog & puppy care app. We built it to be private by default. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

1. Data you create stays on your device

Pupnest works fully offline and has no user accounts and no servers run by us. Everything you enter — your pets, photos, weights, vaccinations, medications, appointments, feeding, health logs, reminders, memories, contacts and expenses — is stored only in a private database on your own phone. We do not have access to it, we do not upload it, and we cannot see it.

2. Backups

You can export a backup file from within the app. That file is created on your device and shared only to the destination you choose (e.g. your own Drive, Files, or email). We never receive it.

3. Permissions the app may ask for

4. Advertising

Pupnest is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, such as device identifiers and app-usage signals, in accordance with Google's policies. This processing is done by Google, not by us.

5. Analytics & selling data

We do not run our own analytics, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not share the data you create in the app with anyone. The only third party involved is Google AdMob, for ads, as described above.

6. Children

Pupnest is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
